...remain fluid with Beginner’s Mind...
— RIYA

In a time well before ours, the Hindu god Hanuman paved the road to his deification by his devotion, strength, and courage to face the obstacles that stood before him. He needed to have a good amount of love for self and others, plus the confidence to complete these feats. Imagine if, in the middle of his adventures, he said, "I'm going home, man. Catch you later?" We do it every day to ourselves. The sky is asking us to quit being stubborn and controlling about things we need to initiate change for because it will take us on a journey that will incite questions and solutions concerning self-love, self-assertion.

Certain people may feel (and it is just a feeling) that they are ineffectual, or ill-equipped to handle this planetary evolution. Some reactions may include running away from the depths of our emotions, being over analytical about any emotions, being over emotional about the thoughts we have, allowing ourselves to not complete things, and the inability to assert our needs. We begin to hope that someone is just going to save us from the problems that we come across. The answer to this is in the implementation of our solutions. Coming up with the solutions is only half of the battle, and so we have to move our energy so that we can crystallize and manifest (Saturn) whatever the Universe has in store for us (Uranus).

That means we are still pulling the Saturnian energy that originated with Capricorn into our endeavors at this time, and we must continue working through the cycle to see the results of our efforts. It is easy to automatically want to jump to our vision of what should materialize; we are in the third decan, so Venus will make us want to magnetize things from thin air, informing us on what kinds of decisions to make and how. These decisions will not be so much sensual as intellectual and aesthetic. There may be an urge to be unpredictable in the execution of our activities, but with Aquarius' fixed energy, there will be some level of consistency of timing or method. Still, wanting to do what we want, when we want may be a trap.

It will be a trap because, at this time, the celestial energy is pushing us to remain fluid with Beginner's Mind, as scientists (and Aquarius is the scientist of the zodiac) have to stay detached enough to allow whatever result that emerges from their efforts to form. The answers will come on their own. True to form, Saturn allows us to accept that Universe usually tests us and then teaches the material afterward. It will take a while to integrate all of the lessons into our psyche fully, so we shouldn't give up too soon on the seeds we have planted in the Capricorn cycle to preserve our identity and goals. These habits will bring clarity and inoculate us from being contradictory in our expression -- there will not be a need to say one thing and feel another or get emotionally invested in a belief system which we may not love or believe.

Next week we will begin to probe a bit into Piscean energy!
